I'm a university qualified Accredited Practising Dietitian, Nutritionist and Diabetes Educator with over 10 years of experience. Which means you're in the right place to find expert nutrition advice.

So, let me explain. I have a completely online nutrition service, where I provide all of my appointments via video or phone call. That means no wasting time in traffic or driving to a dingy old office. Instead, we both get to wear pyjamas in the comfort of our own homes. 

You may have noticed that my Facebook Support Page often mentions bariatric (weight-loss) surgery. That's because I've been working as a Specialist Bariatric Dietitian for over 3 years and love it. I honestly love it. It's a privilege to guide people through one of the most significant changes of their life. And whilst it's often a rollercoaster ride, I'm here with (virtual) tissues and all the support you need.
